BREAKFAST
TABLE SETTING:
The items
required for table setting and for room service tray or trolley can have a
whole lot of difference. Every meal can have a classy, rich, royal look with a
little thoughtful touch. A suitable table setting for the breakfast course may
be suggested as:
1.
A full plate in the centre.
2.
A Bread and Butter plate on the top left hand of the
plate.
3.
A fork placed on the left hand of the cover.
4.
A knife (as per requirement; with its cutting edge
facing left; i.e. facing the main plate), spoon placed on the right of the
plate.
5.
A napkin (cloth) in the centre of the cover or on the
side plate.
6.
A water tumbler placed on the tip of the longest knife
in the cover.
7.
A coffee or tea cup with tea/ coffee spoon on the
right side of the cover.
8.
Butter dish, preserve tray and other items that are
served after the guest is seated to be placed at the centre of the table.
